"Kashiba owns sushi in this city, has done for nigh on 50 years"

- Seattle Met

Open Wednesday-Monday starting from 5:30pm. Closed on major holidays.

Reservation appointments are required for Dining Room Tables and Chef's Counter. (A limited number of walk-in seats may be available in the case of cancellations). All seatings are for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Out times are enforced to ensure our next performance may be seated on time.

We also have an intimate, open-seating Whisky Bar with an optional small bar menu for walk-in guests 21 years and over.

All seats at the Chef's Counter are a fixed Chef’s Omakase menu. There are no substitutions, a la carte, or vegan/vegetarian options available. Please inform Chef or your server of any allergies.

Private Dining - Buy Outs

To inquire about private dining parties or corporate buy-outs, please call our events line at 425-502-7259.

Dress code: Smart casual. No beach wear, no gym wear, no flip flops, etc...

Infants/toddlers: In our effort to provide a fine dining experience for all of our guests, and due to the intimate spacing of our dining room, we unfortunately do not have the capacity to allow infants, toddlers (including strollers/car seats) in the restaurant. We do not have a children's menu. Children prone to draw attention to themselves should stay home. We and your fellow guests thank you for your understanding.

Reservations may be booked 4 weeks in advance.

Reservations

For group reservations (7 or more guests), catering or buy-out inquiries, please contact our group call desk at 425-502-7259

Parking: Street parking and several paid parking options nearby. If paying in the adjacent One88 garage operated by LAZ, use spots labeled "commercial" and enter discount code "sushi" at checkout to receive two complimentary hours. We recommend using the texting option for payment as it seems to be easier to navigate than the app or QR code options.
